Bracco named a Top Employer 2021

For the second consecutive year, Bracco has been awarded certification of corporate excellence in the management of human resources. The basis for this recognition is the quality of the company's HR processes, from the training it offers its employees to its constant commitment to innovation in welfare and fostering diversity.

The award is from Top Employers Institute, a global certification body, and it followed a thorough analysis and assessment process that looked at HR practices in many different spheres, including Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition & Onboarding, Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits, Welfare, People Strategy and Company Culture.
