Current Legislation

The current legislation in the field of «Separate Waste Collection» is very complex, varied and undergoes continuous modifications and adaptations. At the moment, in fact, the information contained in the following sections of this page cannot be applied to all products marketed by Bracco in the Italian Territory.
Considering the current guidelines, we ask you to follow the information below whether:
- You must dispose of the packaging used for the transport of the Medical Device and its spare parts;
- You must dispose of the packaging used for the transport of Drugs;
- You must dispose of the packaging used for the transport of our Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients.
Remember that the primary and secondary packaging of Drugs and Medical Devices is temporarily exempted from these provisions.
Whenever there are any changes to the legislation, this page will be promptly updated with the new provisions.
